This unique pendant is striking and a cut above. Featuring Chrysocolla semi precious stone stone flat cut and polished for bringing out the natural beauty and tone of the stone. Gemstone colour and pattern will vary due to the unique nature of semi precious stone variation as each cut stone is individual. Set in Rhodium Plated Vermeil on Sterling 925 Silver finshed in a brushed effect finish on the front and high shine on the back. (Rhodium is part of the Platinum family of metals for a more durable scratch resistant finish). Comes complete with a fine Gourmette chain in Sterling 925 Silver plated with matching Rhodium Plated Vermeil, length 18″ plus a 2″ extender.

CHRYSOCOLLA
This is a copper bearing gemstone mainly found in the Southwestern USA, Chile, Australia and parts of Africa. It has a beautiful sky blue to green colour with vening and inclusions in each stone making no two alike. It’s name comes from the Greek chrysos, meaning “gold” and kolla meaning “glue.” This is an ancient reference to it being used to solder gold as far back as 300 BC. Known as a Tranquil Stone it has links with balance and compassion as well as the idea of inner wisdom being heard.
